Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using SiteBuildIndia's website or engaging our services. By placing an order, submitting an enquiry, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

SiteBuildIndia provides website design and development, ecommerce solutions, mobile apps, digital marketing (Meta Ads & Google Ads), SEO, CRM/portal development, and WhatsApp automation. Every engagement is confirmed by a separate proposal or project agreement specifying the scope, price, and timeline.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Prices shared on our website or in proposals are valid for the period stated in the quote. Promotional/offer pricing is limited and may be withdrawn at any time. Any work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and approved before it begins.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% advance is required before a project begins.
• The remaining 50% is due on completion, before final handover/launch.
• Monthly retainer services (Ads, SEO, maintenance) are billed at the start of each cycle.
• Accepted methods: UPI, bank transfer, and Razorpay.
• Applicable taxes (GST) are charged as per Indian law.

4. Project Delivery

• Standard websites: 5–7 working days after advance payment and content receipt.
• Ecommerce stores: 10–14 working days.
• Custom portals/CRM: 3–6 weeks depending on complexity.
• Timelines are estimates; client-side delays (late content or approvals) do not change payment obligations.

5. Revisions

Each project includes up to 3 design revision rounds within the agreed scope. Additional revisions or scope changes are billed separately at our standard rate.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide required content (text, images, logos) within 5 working days of project start.
• Give timely feedback and approvals to keep the project on schedule.
• Ensure all content you provide is legally owned or licensed by you.

7. Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Services

Where a package includes a free domain and/or hosting, it is provided for the first year; renewals after that are the client's responsibility at prevailing rates. Third-party services (payment gateways, ad platforms, plugins) are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or policy changes.

8. Intellectual Property

On receipt of full payment, the client owns the final website design and code. SiteBuildIndia retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Refund Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed project, the advance is refunded in full.
• No refunds are issued after final handover and sign-off.

10. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. If you cancel after work has started, you remain liable for work completed up to that point. We may suspend or terminate a project for non-payment, abusive conduct, or breach of these terms.

11. Post-Launch Support

All projects include 30 days of free support for bug fixes and minor adjustments after delivery. Extended support is available as a monthly maintenance package.

12. Warranties & Disclaimers

We deliver our services with professional care. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as exact search rankings, ad results, sales, or traffic, as these depend on factors outside our control. Services are provided on an "as is" basis beyond the agreed scope.

13. Limitation of Liability

SiteBuildIndia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
